These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of prokast.co (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by ProKast Pty Ltd (ABN 49 692 182 273, ACN 692 182 273). This Site provides information on our B2B magnetic formwork solutions and allows enquiries via forms.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times. As a B2B business, we supply products primarily to precast yards and commercial entities. All orders are processed via email following an enquiry form submission.
Product Enquiries and Orders

Payments

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. For trade accounts, terms are net 30 days; late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest. Invoices will be issued via email, and payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated as 3-7 business days from order confirmation for stock items, subject to availability. Custom items may take 8-10 weeks. Shipping costs are quoted in our email response. We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., Australia Post). Title and risk in goods pass to you upon delivery. Inspect goods on arrival; notify us of issues within 48 hours.
Warranties
All products come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase date. If a product is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, subject to return conditions. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear. Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded (e.g., fit for purpose). You are entitled to a remedy for major failures.
Liability
ProKast Pty Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site, except where prohibited by law. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (e.g., to the price paid for the goods for business purchases).

All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
